✅ 7.2.1 Consider All Life Cycle Costs beyond License Costs

 

 

✅ 7.2.2 Consider Necessary Resources

 

 

✅ 7.2.3 Avoid Risks by Running Pilot Projects

 

-> 새로운 툴을 무턱대고 사용하게 되면 여러가지 혼란을 야기할 수 있음. 따라서 pilot project를 통해서 미리 테스트 해보는 것이 좋음.

 

 

 

✅ 7.2.4 Evaluate the Tool according to Defined Criteria

 

* 고려되어야 하는 측면 *

1) Project perspective : project management aspects. 이 툴이 프로젝트를 뒷받침 해줄 수 있고 프로젝트에 필요한 정보가 있는가?

 

2) Process perspective : 이 툴이 RE process를 충분히 뒷받침 할 수 있는가? 알맞는가?

 

3) User perspective : 사용자가 이 툴에 만족하는가?

 

4) Product perspective : 요구사항이 이 툴로 충분히 커버 가능했는가? data가 어디에 저장되었는가? 이 툴이 기능적 확장의 로드맵 역할을 잘 했는가?

 

5) Supplier perspective : supplier가 어디에 위치해 있는가? tool이 잘 준비될 수 있도록 어떻게 뒷받침 했는가? 

 

6) Economic perspective : 비용적인 측면에서 이 툴이 충분한 가치가 있었는가? 구매 및 유지보수 비용이 얼마나 되는가? 

 

7) Architecture perspective : IT organization에 tool이 어떻게 부합하는지 평가하는 관점. 이 기술이 조직과 잘 맞았는가? tool이 충분히 다른 시스템과 연결이 되었는가?

 

 

 

✅ 7.2.5 Instruct Employees on the Use of the Tool

 

=> 툴 사용법에 대한 지침을 주어야 함. User를 트레이닝 해야함.

만약 User가 충분히 트레이닝 되지 않는다면 tool 사용의 이점은 무의미해지는 것임.
